It is the student's responsibility to attend and fully participate in classes. It is understood that the student is obligated to make payments whether or not the student attends classes; It is further understood that failure to complete the lessons does not relieve the student of the obligation to pay the tuition in full.

Upon request, Flying Dragon Kung Fu Academy (FDKFA) may, in its sole discretion, allow the student to terminate his/her training prior to completion of the agreed term.  In the case of such a request, recurring payments will be terminated. In calculating any refund for lessons or time periods which have been prepaid, prepayment allocable to lessons not yet taken shall be promptly refunded.
